KINESITHERAPY
ESITHERAPY (Greek words kinein - to move, kinezis - movement) is the field of physical therapy that deals
with application of movement for the
purposes of treatment, in order to establish optimal functioning of body parts and body as a whole.
KINESITHERAPY includes active and passive
exercises.
We perform following forms of kinesitherapy:
- Protective postures and movements
- Breathing exercises
- Relaxation exercises
- KINESITHERAPY after bone fracture, sports
and other injuries (contracture
restoration)
- KINESITHERAPY for cervical syndrome
- KINESITHERAPY for lumbar syndrome
- Exercises for scoliosis and kyphosis
- Corrective exercises for flat feet
The therapeutic effects of kinesitherapy are
as follows:
- increased muscle strength and elasticity

Active exercises are divided into:
- active assisted
- active unassisted
- active exercises with resistance
